  • What age groups can join the club?
    • Cricket Blast – kids aged 6-10 • Junior Cricket registration up to 17 years old
  • Does my child need to bring their own equipment?
    The Club does provide all equipment for both training and Matches, however some children like to bring their own.
  • Who can I contact for more information?

  • Do you ensure all your Coaches have a Working With Children Check?
    Yes, it is a requirement for all our team Coaches to have a Working with Children Check.
  • Are Coaches qualified?
    No, we have parents volunteering in this important role.
  • Where are the training sessions held?
    Training Session are held at the Heffron Park Cricket Nets or on the playing field nearby Address: Heffron Park Cricket Nets Maroubra NSW 2035
  • What should my child wear to training?
    Children should wear comfortable sportswear, hat and bring their own water bottle and sun cream.
  • I am going to be the team coach where can I find some information on coaching?
    Coaching cricket is incredibly fulfilling – it's your chance to make a real difference. Cricket Australia & Cricket NSW has a lot of resources available via their website and CA Coach App:
  • When are where are the Matches held?
    All Blast - Competition Matches (U8s and U9s) are held on Saturday Morning 8:30 at Rowland Park, Daceyville, NSW, 2032 Stage 1 cricket (U10s and U11s) on Saturday mornings or afternoons. Stage 2 cricket (U12s and U13s) on Sunday mornings. Stage 3 cricket (U14s and U15s) on Sunday mornings. Stage 1-3 matches will be played at various grounds throughout the Eastern suburbs. Occasionally grounds in the Inner West are utilised, depending on the teams in the competition.

  • How do I find out who and where we are playing?

  • What are the rules for Cricket Blast?
    The Cricket Blast Game format and rules are explained here:
  • Where do I find a Scoring sheet for Cricket Blast?
    They are normally provided on the day by Cricket NSW, however you can download a copy here:
  • Does the club have a Players Code of Behaviour?
    Yes, we follow Cricket Australia's Players Code of Behaviour?
  • How will I be informed about upcoming events and matches?
    We communicate through email, our website, and all team Coaches and Manager will be in a dedicated WhatsApp group.
  • Do you offer any holiday camps or special programs?
    No to holiday camps, although we will distribute any information from private coaches and camp providers via website, our coaching WhatsApp groups and the club Social Media Sites
